1. About this document

These terms govern the use of qbenix.com and qbenix.vn (the “Site”). The Site operator is CÔNG TY TNHH QBENIX (QBENIX COMPANY LIMITED), registration number 0319051055, address: T1-A03a.18, 3rd Floor, Tower T1-A, M-One Apartment Complex, 35/12 Bế Văn Cấm, Tân Hưng Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational: it describes QBENIX services in video production, advertising, design, and website development, showcases work examples, and lets you submit a consultation request.

Information on the Site, including descriptions of services, packages, and prices, does not constitute a public offer. The scope, timeline, and cost of services for each client are fixed in a separate agreement. No payments are made on the Site: all settlements are handled under the agreement.

3. Intellectual property

All Site materials, including texts, design, graphics, the QBENIX logo, videos, and code, belong to QBENIX or are used lawfully. Copying, reproducing, or using them for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.

Portfolio examples may contain trademarks and materials of QBENIX clients: rights to them belong to their respective owners, and the materials are shown solely to demonstrate completed work.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access to its infrastructure, or submit spam, malicious code, or knowingly false information through the Site’s forms.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services (form processing, analytics, advertising) and may contain links to external resources, including our social media pages. We do not control third-party resources and are not responsible for their content or data practices.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We strive to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee the absence of inaccuracies or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, QBENIX is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. See also the Disclaimer.

7. Personal data

Processing of visitors’ personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be settled through negotiation are resolved by the competent court at the place of QBENIX registration in Ho Chi Minh City.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its last-updated date and takes effect upon publication.
