Who are you and where are you based?
QBENIX, a consulting agency in Ho Chi Minh City, District 7. We work officially: contract and invoice. Clients from other cities and countries are served fully online.
How does the work start?
With a request. We discuss the task, propose a solution and an exact price, fix everything in an annex to the contract and start.
Can the price grow along the way?
No. The exact cost is locked in the contract annex before the work starts and doesn't change after that.
How does payment work?
By invoice to the company's bank account.
How long does a video take?
Standard formats: 3–7 business days. Complex cinematic films with dialogue: up to two weeks.
How long does a website take?
Up to 14 days, depending on scope and number of languages.
Is the ad budget included in the package price?
No. You pay the campaign budget directly to Meta and you decide its size. The package price covers our work.
Which platforms do you work with?
Facebook and Instagram, TikTok advertising, plus content and video adaptation for TikTok and YouTube.
What languages do you produce content in?
Any language your audience needs. Most often Vietnamese, English and Russian. Video subtitles are part of production.
Do we keep the rights to the materials?
You receive the video master files and design source files in any case. Rights to the video are made over to the client on request.
